KCDX Rock & Roll 103.1 live

KCDX was first launched in 1993 by Ted Tucker and it quickly became very popular among Rock fans due to its curated selection of the late-'60s to late-'80s rock music.
After a failed attempt to increase its airwaves reach across Arizona, Desert West Air Ranchers Corporation became the station's official operator. Since then, KCDX has distanced itself from the corporate radio model. Announcements and commercials are kept to a minimum during its broadcast.
The station also promotes a more active interaction with its listeners by requesting music suggestions and that the audience rate the station's playlists.
