The Bloomington-based nonprofit PATH has lost out on a $9.5 million 988 call center contract, meaning dozens of employees who work there will be laid off after the end of the current fiscal year on June 30, according to an email obtained by WGLT from interim CEO and Executive Director Adam Carter. WGLT's Melissa Ellin reports.
