Scott Laughlin, a broadcaster whose quick wit and everyman style of humor made him one of Bloomington-Normal’s most popular radio personalities for decades, has died. Laughlin died Tuesday at age 65 after a lengthy illness. He retired from WJBC Radio in 2019 after receiving a cancer diagnosis.
